But Trump! ABC lobbyist James arrives to investigate the Trump family

Former Clinton Hatchetman and current ABC co-anchor this week George Stephanopoulos showed just how long-lasting his Trump Derangement Syndrome is during an interview when House Republican Oversight Chairman James Comer took aim at his committee to investigate Hunter Biden and the entire Biden family’s business dealings abroad. All Stephanopoulos can do is try to whip up a biased hit piece amid the Trump family and left-wing rage. The Washington Post.

“Let me ask you about your oversight responsibilities,” Stephanopoulos said. “You have made it clear that you will look into Hunter Biden and his financial entanglements with foreign countries, including China.”

Since then he has featured a front page story The Washington Post It was headlined in Sunday’s paper, “Trump and Kushner Benefit from Saudi Funds After Helping Prince Rise.”

“Two billion dollars invested in Kushner’s funds from Saudi, we know the president—former president Trump also received funds related to the Saudi golf tour,” he added.

Stephanopoulos then asked Comer that since “Senator Ron Wyden said these entanglements are worthy of investigation. Will you also investigate?”

“I think everything is on the table,” Comer insisted.

“We are investigating Joe Biden. We know that Joe Biden said during the presidential campaign that he had no knowledge of his son’s business interests. He was not involved. He did not profit from them. We have evidence that would suggest otherwise and that is very worrying,” he added.

Comer was very reasonable in his solution that “there is a legislative solution, and it can be bipartisan. Democrats have complained about Kushner’s foreign dealings. Republicans have certainly complained about the entire Biden family’s foreign business dealings.

“We need to have tougher ethics laws and we need to significantly increase our disclosure laws in America,” Comer acknowledged, “so I think this investigation is going to be very important to address the problem before it gets out of hand.”

That answer wasn’t good enough for a Democrat operative masquerading as a network news anchor, asking Stephanopoulos to ask, “Would that apply to Kushner and Trump as well as the Bidens?”

“I believe that when we talk about passing legislation to set a line on where high-ranking government officials can stay with their relatives in doing business with foreign counterparts, it will apply to everyone. We need to fix this before it gets worse in the next administration,” Kamar responded.

Once a Democrat Party operative, always a Democrat Party operative. Stephanopoulos should have no credibility as a fair and balanced host. Republicans should be careful when they proceed.

George Stephanopoulos: Let me ask about your oversight responsibilities. You have made it clear that you will look into Hunter Biden and his financial entanglements with foreign countries, including China. I would like a front page story up The Washington Post This morning, details about Jared Kushner’s relationship with the Saudis. After helping the prince rise, Trump and Kushner benefited from Saudi funding. Two billion dollar investment in Kushner’s fund from Saudi We know the president — former President Trump also received funding related to a Saudi golf trip. Senator Ron Wyden says these traps deserve investigation. Will you investigate that as well?

James Comer: I think everything is on the table. see We are investigating Joe Biden. We know that Joe Biden said during the presidential campaign that he had no knowledge of his son’s business interests. He was not involved. He did not profit from them. We have evidence that would suggest otherwise and that is very worrying.

COMER: There is a legislative solution to this, and it can be bipartisan. Democrats have complained about Kushner’s foreign dealings. Republicans are of course complaining about the entire Biden family’s foreign business dealings. We need to know what is permissible and what is not. We need to have stricter ethics laws and we need to significantly increase disclosure laws in America. So I think this investigation is going to be very important to solve a problem before it gets out of hand.

STEPHANOPOULOS: So to be clear, you believe that should apply to Kushner and Trump as well as the Bidens?

COMER: I believe that when we talk about passing legislation to set a line about where high-ranking government officials can be with relatives in doing business with foreign counterparts, that applies to everyone. We need to fix this before it gets worse in the next administration.
